Shipping Policy

LOCAL

We ship all of our New Zealand orders straight from our door in Wanaka with NZ Couriers. We'll do our best to get your order out on the same day or the next day at the latest. Once shipped except your package within 1-2 working days.

Shipping costs range from $10 - $30 depending on your location & weight of the package.

AUSTRALIA

We all ship all of our Australia orders straight from our door in Wanaka.

You can expect your order within 6-10 days once NZ couriers has collected them.
Shipping costs range from $15 NZD- $35 NZD depending on weight.

INTERNATIONAL

We currently don't have an option for people outside of New Zealand & Australia but we're working on it!

For now if your overseas and want some coldstart gear send us an email or a DM on Socials and we'll see what we can do.

International customers may be charged taxes/duties by your local customs office. The charges will vary country to country and are dependent on a range of factors we recommend contacting the relevant authority for your location. These payments are the responsibility of the customer.
