Subaru Forester SH 2008–2013 Bash Plate

Having run this awning for a year now I have to say there is no going back to anything I have owned in the past. Up in less than 2 mins and packed away in the same. A well thought out design and not super tight in the cover that makes it hard to stow. Great product and awesome service from the coldstart crew who fitted it too.

Must-have for taking all the essentials up and doen from the RTT, will buy again!

Awesome fan with a decent powerbank capacity, especially love the low-draw feature where other powerbanks might turn off running the low-draw LEDs in an RTT, this one doesn't.

These bags are incredible quality. The big zips make them durable and sturdy, I love the feel of them. I don’t know how we ever went on trips without them for storage.

I didn’t mean for things to happen this way, but here we are. The fit is perfect, it’s comfortable, heavy like a weighted blanket and I’ve never felt so supported emotionally by an item of clothing.
Also took this camping, survived freezing mornings, late night campfires and questionable cooking decisions and it helped me endured listening to a mate telling the same story for the 37th times.

The 4x4 camping gear is awesome too but let’s be honest, I came for the gear and stayed for the jumper.

Purchased this for my partner and now I wish I’d bought one for myself too. Such a cool tee and the quality is awesome.

Love this stubby holder. The quality is awesome and it actually keeps drinks cold properly while out on the tracks or around camp. We’ve started collecting stubby holders from 4WD brands around NZ and Australia, so this one had to join the collection. The Black Badge design looks mint and fits the vibe perfectly. Definitely one of our favourites so far.

Absolutely stoked with this bucket. We originally grabbed it for camping and off-grid trips, but it’s now permanently part of the Land Cruiser setup for our shower system. Super practical, tough, and way more versatile than we expected. Perfect size for holding water at camp (or rock collecting apparently) and easy to pack away when not in use. Has already become one of those bits of gear we use every trip without even thinking about it.

Just picked up a Cadac 2 gas cooker and honestly… what a chaotic little masterpiece.
If this cooker had a personality, this one would be that overly enthusiastic mate who turns up to a camping trip with too much energy and a suspicious amount of sausages. Two burners means I can burn my bacon on one side while undercooking eggs on the other peak efficiency.
Heats up fast (almost too fast, RIP my eyebrows), cooks just about anything, and somehow makes me feel like a professional outdoor chef… right up until I have to clean it and start questioning everything.
Big thanks to Coldstart for supplying me this absolute unit of a cooker. Meals may be questionable, but the experience? Elite.
